SUPERVISION: Reports to President and Chief Executive Officer
SHIFT: Exempt, 40 hours/week, Days
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3 years management experience required
Clinical experience preferred. Motivated, strategic, and team-oriented professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providers
Clinic Nursing Staff
Scheduling Staff
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Senior Leadership Team
Oversees scheduling and staffing of personnel and medical staff in the clinics.
Oversees ordering of all necessary supplies and equipment.
Participates in TCHS committees, quality assurance, performance and quality improvement initiatives,
Complies with the state and federal regulatory requirements related to the performance of clinic operations and requirements of the clinic compliance program including but not limited to:
TCHS policies and procedures
Completes all SWANK on-line training annually and as assigned
Manages care essentials to the assessment, promotions, maintenance, and restoration of patients’ health and wellness.
Maintains laboratory records in accordance with standard laboratory practice.
Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Resolves work problems to ensure quality patient service.
Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
Participates in professional development activities to keep current with medical clinic practices.
Maintains and promotes strict confidentiality through education and example.
Develops departmental goals and objectives.
Directs financial operations for clinics.
Displays initiative, enthusiasm, diplomacy and tact.
Performs other duties as assigned .
