Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D, 10 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2200.00
MUST HAVE 2+ REFERENCES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT IN PROFILE IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Required Education - Graduate of AMA Approved School in Radiography; Licensure/Certifications - Registered by A.R.R.T./license by IEMA and BLS required. Preferred Education - Associate degree in Radiography and Preferred Experience - Specialized Training of one year. Provide technical assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional invasive procedures. Use of hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data. Scrub assist for all diagnostic and interventional procedures, to include preparation and manipulation of catheters, guide-wires and other devices. Injection of contrast media and medications from the sterile field as directed and supervised by the physician.
Required Qualifications
Cath Tech - Cardiac & Vascular Specialist - Graduate of AMA Approved School in Radiography; Licensure/Certifications - Registered by A.R.R.T./license by IEMA and BLS required.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Radiography and Preferred Experience - Specialized Training of one year.
