Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2200.00

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA. Patient Ratios: 1:3. Type of equipment: 2 Philips units, 1 Siemens unit, 1 Philips Ultrasound. EMR - EPIC. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs. Procedural documentation experience. Scrub experience for procedures including: angiography, venography, temporary and tunneled line placement, chemoembolizations, PTHC, Y90, biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, gastrostomy tube placements, abscess drains, nephrostomy or chole tubes. Previous IR experience. Ability to take call within 2 weeks of start date as primary or back up rad tech. Circulating experience, knowledge of wires, catheters, injector functions. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Knowledge of CT guided procedures. Comfortable performing as first assist scrub during IR procedures. CT guided workstations on fluoroscopy equipment (xper CT)Knowledge of basic functions of ultrasound machine. EPIC charting, preferred but not required. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Biopsies, Abscess Drains, Vascular procedures, Port placements. Paracentesis, thoracentesis. Best personality Fit: Multi tasker, outgoing, positive attitude, team player, solid interpersonal communication skills, performs well under stress. Able to perform independently or as a team.
