Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2200.00

PORTLAND, OREGON. START DATE: 8/12/2019 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: M-F 0730-1800 (rotating days, 4 out of 5 in the week). Call required 1 weekday night in 6 and 1 weekend in 6. REQUIRED: ****Time off requests must be submitted on the profile cover sheet at time of submission. Any time off requested after offer will have to be worked out between the candidate and the manager when candidate starts and can’t be guaranteed. ***** MUST HAVE BE DUAL LICENSED AS AN EP TECH AND AN X RAY TECH. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH PATIENTS IN THE EP/SPECIAL PROCEDURES LAB THAT HAVE ARYTHMIAS. MANAGER TO INTERVIEW AND OFFER. Must have OR license or be well into process.

Required Qualifications
****Time off requests must be submitted on the profile cover sheet at time of submission. Any time off requested after offer will have to be worked out between the candidate and the manager when candidate starts and can’t be guaranteed. ***** Must have 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience. Must have OR license or be well into process. They do both Cardiac and IR so need someone who can do both. GE MAC LAB exp highly preferred. Shift is M-F 0730-1800 (rotating days, 4 out of 5 in the week). Call required 1 weekday night in 6 and 1 weekend in 6. MAY BE REQUIRED TO FLOAT PER PROVIDENCE POLICY TO THE OTHER 6 AREA FACILITIES INCLUDING SEASIDE AND HOOD RIVER. WILL RECEIVE AN ELEVATED BILL RATE (BILL RATE +$5) FOR ANY HOURS/SHIFTS WORKED WHILE FLOATING. Manager to interview and offer. MUST NOT CURRENTLY BE WORKING IN ANY WAY FOR PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES. IF FORMER EMPLOYEE OF PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES MUST HAVE TERMINATED EMPLOYMENT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO AND BE IN GOOD STANDING DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START, NO EXCEPTIONS.
