Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: 09/16/2019Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2200.00

BLUE ISLAND, IL. START DATE: 9/16/2019 for 6 weeks. SHIFT: FT shift starting at 7am, Monday-Friday; 3 days On-call per week and every other weekend required. On-Call commitment - minimum of 3 days of call per week and every other Saturday/Sunday. REQUIRED SKILLS: 2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. Required: Associates degree or graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic School. A minimum of 2 years' experience, Previous Interventional experience - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE, ARRT certification, IEMA accreditation, BLS certification.Operates heart/lung machines and related laboratory apparatus as well as physiological pressure monitoring systems. Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, regarding individualized treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Associate's degree or its equivalent. Also may require completion of a certificate in health technology or scientific instrumentation in electrocardiography. Radiology / Vascular Interventional Tech / Rad Special Procedures

Required:
Current license/certification
Associate's degree or graduate from an AMA-approved Radiology school
Minimum 2 years' experience
Previous IR experience - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE (profiles not including this will be rejected)
ARRT certification
IEMA accreditation
BLS certificattion
