RN needed for our 8W Med Surg floor
Start date: Start date will be 2-3 weeks from offer
Will work 3x12 days 7a-7p with 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
Holidays required
Ratios: 1:5
First-timers accepted: Yes!
Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week
Certs/Experience/Skills required: BLS, South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License
Experience/Skills Preferred: Neuro experience, ACLS, NIHSS
Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs
Locals accepted: Yes.
Will not hire with pending license.
SC is a walk through state and they can obtain a license during compliance
8W Neuro/General Surgery Unit is a 25 mixed bed neurosurgery and general surgery unit serving any related patient with or without stepdown component.

Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. Perm staff(this includes PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for a full 6 months before traveling with any MUSC location.

RN LICENSE: DO NOT NEED SOUTH CAROLINA LICENSE IN HAND, JUST NEED PROOF THEY HAVE APPLIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OR CONFIRMATION THAT THEY WILL WALK-THROUGH.
Hourly rate: $44.20/hr
10% Bonus: If you can complete the application packet and get submitted within 5 business days.
