Our client located in desirable Northern Iowa is seeking an experienced Surgical Services Nurse Director. Join a high-functioning, patient-centered team in a busy small-town hospital. Oversee 6 OR Rooms, 2 endoscopy rooms, special procedure area, recovery and 23 patient rooms. They perform over 500 different types of procedures including several robotic-assisted procedures. BSN, CNOR preferred. 2+ years of management experience and previous experience with physician relations.
