Job Description

Seeking experienced Surgical Technologist in TX to start ASAP

Hiring during COVID-19

Shift: Days (6:30AM-3:30PM)

About the position:

Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities. Provides service to age range from Neonate to Geriatric.

The hospital offers a wide spectrum of healthcare services, including advanced diagnostic imaging technology, emergency care, innovative surgical procedures, maternity care, comprehensive cardiac services and general medical care. Located in Southwest Texas near the New Mexico border, the area has a population of 250,000+ people.

Requirements:

  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room
