Surgical Technologist - Southern West Virginia

We are seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist to join a dedicated healthcare team in Southern West Virginia!

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist course/program required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

• 3–4 years of surgical experience preferred

• SRNA or EMT certification preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain a sterile environment and work effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift

• On-call responsibilities: One night per week and one weekend per month

• Must be within 30 minutes of the facility while on call

• Work in a hospital operating room supporting a variety of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, trauma, spine, general surgery, gynecology, vascular, urology, and robotic surgery

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures

• Maintain sterile fields and assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies

• Assist with patient positioning, surgical counts, and specimen handling

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia professionals to ensure safe patient care
