KA Recruiting is seeking skilled and motivated Surgical Technologists for permanent, direct-hire opportunities with hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for procedures.

• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe surgical environment.

• Assist surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members during procedures.

• Anticipate surgical team needs and pass instruments and supplies.

• Perform instrument, sponge, and sharps counts according to facility protocols.

• Assist with patient positioning and operating room preparation.

• Support infection prevention and surgical safety standards.

• Assist with operating room turnover and equipment preparation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent qualifications accepted by the employer.

• CST certification preferred or required depending on the position.

• Previous operating room experience preferred; some openings require 1–2 years.

• Experience in general OR, orthopedics, neuro, or cardiovascular surgery is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it, when required.
