Job Description
A hospital is looking for an experienced Surgical Technologist to join its General Surgery team.
Position Highlights
- Direct hire position
- General Surgery operating room
- Approximately 20–40 general surgery cases per day
- Cases include general surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and DaVinci robotic procedures
- EPIC OpTime
- Every third weekend
- Call rotation with 30-minute response time
- May float to other surgical teams or SPD when qualified
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospital surgical experience
- General Surgery, Urology, GYN, and ENT experience required
- Must be fully independent with the DaVinci robot
- Mid, evening, and night shift candidates must have Level I Trauma experience
- Candidates with at least 1.5 years of Level I Trauma experience may be considered
