A leading healthcare organization in Southwestern New Mexico is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join its operating room team.
Position Highlights
- Full-time opportunity
- $15,000 recruitment compensation
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
- Work in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Support a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields
- Assist with surgical instrumentation, equipment and room readiness
- Opportunity to work with an experienced surgical team
What We're Looking For
- Surgical Technologist training or experience
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA) certification
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation & sterile technique
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety
- Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
- 1+ year of Surgical Tech experience preferred
