A leading healthcare organization on the Eastern Shore of Maryland is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech First Assist to join its surgical team.
Position Highlights

- Work alongside an experienced surgical team
- Support surgeons during a variety of operative procedures
- Assist with surgical exposure, hemostasis, wound closure and other first-assist responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist First Assist
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation & sterile technique
- Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team
- Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
- Appropriate First Assist certification/credentials preferred
