About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join a reputable and growing surgical services team in La Grange, North Carolina. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible multiple shift options, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced surgeons, nurses, and specialists.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments in advance of surgical procedures

  • Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to all sterile technique protocols

  • Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures

  • Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with accuracy and efficiency

  • Anticipate needs of the surgical team and adjust to changing situations quickly

  • Perform instrument counts, room turnover, and post-operative equipment care

  • Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required)

  • CST certification preferred; eligibility to obtain considered

  • Previous surgical experience preferred but not required for strong new grads

Schedule

  • Full-time, permanent role

  • Multiple shift options available to support work–life balance

  • May include rotating weekends or on-call depending on department needs
