Nights (Rotating Weekends) – 3x12s

On Call: Must live within 30 minutes of facility
About the Role
Join a high-performing surgical team as an OR Tech (Tier 2). You’ll assist during a wide range of surgical procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sterile technique while collaborating closely with surgeons and nurses in a fast-paced OR environment.
This Tier 2 role is perfect for experienced techs who can handle most surgeries confidently but aren’t yet in an advanced specialty or leadership tier.
Qualifications
-
1+ years OR Tech experience required
-
Competent as first scrub in at least 3 of 4 areas: Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Vascular
-
Graduate of accredited CORT program
-
BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required
-
CST (NBSTSA) preferred
-
Strong organization, wire technique, and teamwork skills
