Location: High Rockies Area/Grand County, Colorado
Shift: Monday–Friday, Days (facility closed weekends; limited call possible)
Compensation: $26 – $42/hr DOE + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + $350/month Housing Stipend (for FT, perm positions)

About the Role

Join a dynamic surgical team in a beautiful mountain community! We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Scrub Tech with strong orthopedic experience (including total joints) to support our busy OR. This role works closely with surgeons, RNs, and the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment

• Anticipating surgeon needs and managing surgical instruments and supplies

• Assisting with ortho, endoscopy, and general surgery procedures

• Supporting OR setup/clean-up and occasionally acting as a Circulating Nurse

Requirements

• 2+ years of orthopedic surgical experience required (spinal experience preferred)

• Current Colorado Surgical Technologist License (or eligibility)

• Current CPR/BLS (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

• Knowledge of surgical supplies, instruments, and requisitions

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $26 – $42/hr DOE

• $10,000 sign-on bonus (FT permanent)

• $350/month housing stipend for FT residents of Grand, Jackson & Summit Counties
