Position Overview
• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts with the circulating nurse
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
