• Assist surgical teams during various operating room procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment and instruments
• Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently pass instruments during cases
• Support room turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent surgeries
• Follow safety, infection control, and patient privacy protocols
