Surgical Technologist – Direct Hire | Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus!

Location: Central Illinois
Pay Range: $27–$38/hr (Surg Tech I & II)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Seeking Certified Surgical Technologists to join a highly respected regional medical center offering advanced surgical care across multiple specialties, including trauma, pediatrics, transplant, robotics, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain a sterile operating environment

• Assist surgeons during routine and complex procedures

• Scrub for a variety of cases: vascular, ortho, OB/GYN, EENT, plastics, urology, and more

• Anticipate surgical team needs for instruments and supplies

• Serve as a resource and mentor to peers and trainees

What You Bring

• Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program

• Knowledge of anatomy, aseptic technique, and modern surgical practices

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• 4+ months of OR training preferred (orientation provided) - new grads encouraged to apply!
