Requirements:
- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers licensewill be considered
- Minimum 24 months of Surgical Technologist experience
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross
- No License Hits
- No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored
- COVID and FLU vaccination
- Arizona license (Compact Allowed)
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA
