SKILLS OR SPECIALIZATION REQUIRED:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology.
- License: None required
- Work Experience / Training: One year’s prior experience within the hospital environment preferred.
- Job Knowledge: Basic understanding of appropriate standards and recommended practices. Knowledge of nursing process to assess, analyzes, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care under supervision of a RN. Possesses current comprehensive knowledge and skills in health care. Has understanding of confidentiality, shows problem identification, conflict resolution, and resource locating skills.
