Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 8-10 weeknight shifts a month, 1-2 weekends a month, call and holiday split amongst staff equally
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

• SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required

EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail. Study materials provided with FDI
Bonus Hourly rate: $60.00/hr, If you complete the application packet and get submitted within 5 days.
After 5 days it will decrease by 5% to a possible hourly rate of $56.25/hr.
