Position: Director – Med Surg
Salary Range: $100K - $130K
Travel: Not required
Type: Full-Time (Perm)
Location: Wilson, NC 27893
Sign on Bonus: $5K

Must Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of Med Surg experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Med Surg management experience.
- Current/active NC RN license or compact RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Description & Duties
- Wilson Medical Center is seeking a Director, Med Surg. The Director manages the overall operations of the Med Surg Units. This position directs the staff and programs of Med Surg, develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for services, ensures quality of care for patients, the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff, collaborates with the Manager/Director on issues, supervises, directs, coaches, and mentors staff while ensuring quality of care.
- Two units with 22 beds each.
- Approximately 90 FTEs.
