Job Description
The CVOR Surgical Tech will assist in nursing care and help prepare the surgical patient by performance of routine and delegated duties according to policies and procedures of the department of Surgical Services
•
The tech may perform scrub duties and related procedures
•
Assist in the maintenance of all supplies
•
The CVOR CST/ST may provide assistance in emergency procedures as well as elective and scheduled cases
NBSTSA Certification Required
Rotating Day Shift
36 - 40 Hour Shift
- 3-12 hour shifts (6:45a-7:15p)
- 4-10 hour shifts (6:45a-5:15p) with cardiac call required
- Block Scheduling is not guaranteed
- Monday and Thursday (non-negotiable work days)
