The position works closely with perioperative and interventional leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to support exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $104,000 to $164,000

Your Role

• Oversee daily operations of Sterile Processing departments at two South Bay locations

• Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets

• Partner with surgical and interventional teams to support clinical excellence

• Lead staff development, training, and performance management initiatives

• Ensure compliance with national standards and hospital policies
