• Minimum of 2 years in Central Services sterilizing experience and/or Instrument Technician
• Skills checklist (within 1 year)
• Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• License- OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• COVID card/status
• BLS (AHA)
