Speech Language Pathologist

- Provide life-enriching healthcare alongside a team dedicated to making a difference and building a healthier community.
- Work with patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics (primarily pediatric speech delay)
- The approximate workload will be 60-70% outpatient and 30-40% hospital acute and swing/SNF
- The clinic is adjacent to the hospital; 5-Star Rated SNF onsite
- As needed, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel on patient progress, concerns, discharge plans, etc.
