We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who values patient-centered care, a manageable caseload, and a predictable weekday schedule. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy services while building meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients.
You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. Care is provided across a mix of outpatient and community-based settings, allowing for continuity without high-volume pressure.

What we’re looking for
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team
- Experience in outpatient or community-based settings preferred, not required
