Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Taos, New Mexico

Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance:

  • Four-day workweek (32 hours/week – .8 FTE)

  • Average caseload of 6 patients per day

  • Unique chance to establish and grow the hospital’s SLP services
  • Potential to expand to a full-time (1.0 FTE) position with Home Health partnership

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

  • Hourly rate range: $42.48 – $61.91

Generous Bonus Opportunities:

  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000–$10,000

Relocation Assistance:

  • Up to $5,000 with receipts
  • Temporary housing allowance: $750/month for up to 3 months

  • Up to $3,000/year for 5 years

Qualifications

Degree:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

Certifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Licensure:

  • Eligible for New Mexico SLP license

Skillset:

  • Autonomous, motivated professional with interest in program development
  • Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings

Experience:

  • Prior clinical experience preferred; mentorship available
