Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Taos, New Mexico
Position Highlights
Work-Life Balance:
- Four-day workweek (32 hours/week – .8 FTE)
- No weekend or evening responsibilities
- Average caseload of 6 patients per day

- Potential to expand to a full-time (1.0 FTE) position with Home Health partnership
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
- Hourly rate range: $42.48 – $61.91
Generous Bonus Opportunities:
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000–$10,000
Relocation Assistance:
- Up to $5,000 with receipts
- Temporary housing allowance: $750/month for up to 3 months

Qualifications
Degree:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
Certifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Licensure:
- Eligible for New Mexico SLP license
Skillset:
- Autonomous, motivated professional with interest in program development
- Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings
Experience:
- Prior clinical experience preferred; mentorship available
