Location: Boulder, CO (serving Boulder & Weld counties).

Status: Full-Time (19+ visits/week) | Part-Time (10+ visits/week) | PRN.

WellTech Partners has recently joined forces with a Pediatric Home Health Agency out of Boulder, CO, that is looking to expand their team. Children (ages 0–20) thrive in their natural environments, and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale:

• Starting Rate (< 1 year experience): $68.97 per visit
• Senior Rate (15+ years experience): $83.60 per visit
  • 1.25 x hourly rate for initial evaluations**
• Sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Deliver skilled SLP services to patients aged 0–20 in their homes.
• Early Intervention: Shape the futures of infants and toddlers (0–3) through the Early Intervention Colorado Program and IFSP development.
• Family Empowerment: Educate and coach caregivers on techniques to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.
• Modern Documentation: Utilize InSync EMR for efficient, mobile-friendly charting and scheduling.
• Collaboration: Build trusting, long-term relationships with families of varying abilities and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Colorado State SLP license (or eligible).
• Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates.
• Experience: Pediatric experience preferred; a passion for working with children of all abilities is required.
• Reliability: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder.
