A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a part-time, pediatric outpatient position in Lynnwood, WA. SLP will work Monday-Friday during the day. Position Details: Need a long-term SLP need for a year-long contract with a local pediatric clinic! Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5-10 hours per week. Mostly In-person and light remote work. REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience and must be able to be independent. Client is looking for SLP who is up to date with techniques and strong electronic skills. Clinic is a small business, and is very welcoming to new team members! MUST PROVIDE: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, Valid BLS Card, references, valid physical exam, valid 2-step TB test, and Current Flu vaccination, Hep B records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Evaluate children birth-18 across skills related to the speech therapy scope of practice

· Prepare engaging exercises and activities to use during speech sessions with patients

· Provide counseling and consultations for new patients

· Create goals and objectives for patients to work toward and identify areas of progress and challenges

· Attend continuing education courses and work to advance personal knowledge and experience within the field

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST SLP JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
2. Successful completion of National Certification Examination
3. 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
4. Valid SLP license in the state of practice
