Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This part-time (PRN/as-needed) position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions targeting communication, articulation, language comprehension, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home strategies.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.

  • Valid Florida licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.

  • Strong clinical knowledge in assessment and intervention for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
