Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Vernon, AL. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs

Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility)

Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
