Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team full-time. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—designing personalized therapy plans that promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.

Deliver high-quality therapy services in accordance with state licensure and professional standards.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure holistic patient care.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques to support continued progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment sessions.

Stay informed on current research, best practices, and continuing education in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain certification.

Current or eligible Florida state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
