Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team full-time. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—designing personalized therapy plans that promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in accordance with state licensure and professional standards.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure holistic patient care.

  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques to support continued progress.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment sessions.

  • Stay informed on current research, best practices, and continuing education in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain certification.

  • Current or eligible Florida state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
