Social Worker - Acute - (SW - Acute)
StartDate: 07/26/2021Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1900.00
2+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 5 full time therapists, 1 full time Rec Therapist, 1 FT BH RN Case Manager, 1 FT Unit Secretary, 1 FT Baker Act Coordinator, RN Intake / Adult / Geriatric departments. Type of equipment: Computer / Electronic Medical Record. Documentation system: Meditech. Floating policy: Staff may be flexed if census drops. Patient Experience requirements: High customer service expectations. Procedures performed on unit: Care coordination with patient / family / treatment team, recovery planning, aftercare planning. DRESS CODE: Business casual.
