Medical Social Worker - Home Health - (SW - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1700.00 - 1950.00
We are partnering with a well-respected Home Health Agency in Seattle, WA that is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Social Worker for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They would prefer someone with previous Home Health Experience. The schedule will be 8 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. 2 years of experience in Home Hospice setting
