We’re hiring a School Based Therapist in Floyd, Virginia who wants predictable hours, meaningful impact, and strong support.

You’ll step into an outpatient, school-based role focused on counseling students and supporting staff within an integrated behavioral health model. Your office will be located inside an elementary school, where you will provide in-person therapy and occasional telehealth services to partner sites. You will collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy teams and experience true warm hand-offs in action.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $62,400 to $72,000 based on licensure and experience
• Health insurance at $16.83 per pay period, plus dental and vision
