StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1900.00
Must be license to work in WA.EPIC experience preferred. **PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION DUE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION**

Must have LMSW and WA state license. At least 2 years' experience w/ 2yr in specialty required
