Job Description
A great community health group is seeking a experienced LCSW with an R designation to join their team in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY near Keuka Lake. You will be working closely with the clinical team to develop the best care plan while taking into account the medical, behavioral, and socio-economic situations of the patients receiving care. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus! The schedule is 40/hrs per week with the ability to work flexible hours -- some evenings are required. See all ages. New grads will be considered.
