We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a predictable weekday schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on providing evidence-based therapy to children and adults in a community-focused health center. With just 8 patients per day and an integrated clinical team, you’ll have the time and support needed to deliver quality care while making a meaningful difference in the Fleming Island and Middleburg communities.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $65,000 annually, based on experience
