You’ll step into a leadership role focused on supervising clinical staff, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services, and supporting a collaborative care environment. This role blends clinical oversight, staff development, and program support while maintaining strong ethical and documentation standards.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a licensed LCSW in the State of New York
• You have at least 5 years of clinical experience
• You bring a minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• You are comfortable working within electronic health record systems and maintaining documentation standards
• You are committed to trauma-informed and client-centered care models
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $85,000 to $95,000
