Job Description
Full-time Social Worker LCSW needed that provides outstanding health care to their community.
You will provide clinical social work services for patients and family, coordinate with care of patients, families and the healthcare team.

Requirements:
- Must have Master’s Degree
- Two (2) years experience as Social Worker and/or Discharge Planner in Psychiatric clinical setting
