Overview
Mesa Springs offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for children and adolescents, ages 5 through 17. Innovations - Mesa Springs in Arlington, TX is a therapeutic focused program offered as a day program, some of the services we offer include Psychotherapy, psycho-educational and process groups, family and group therapy, and medication management. We are seeking a Program Manager with child and adolescent experience to join our team.
As the Program Manager, you will be a member of the leadership team for Innovations, our off-site partial hospitalization location. Our team drives a “Clinical First” attitude to help fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”.

Position Details
- Ensures that all operations and programming in the Outpatient PHP/IOP program operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high level of customer service.
- Assures compliance with all laws, regulations as well as TJC standards
- Responsible for ensuring clinical documentation is accurate, current and meets regulatory responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing work performance of all assigned staff
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
- Inpatient healthcare experience.
- Prior management experience.
