Job Description
SOCIAL WORKER HILLSBORO NORTH DAKOTA
This position is responsible for the Social Services of the 16 Critical Access hospital and 36 bed Skilled Nursing skilled facility.
Acute care we use Epic and in the Long Term Care we use Matrixcare. Both are computerized charting systems
Minimum of one year experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
Must be North Dakota LSW
M-F 8 to 4:30 typical schedule. No weekends or call
