Job Description
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Chemical Dependency Counselor in Jacksonville, FL.
OPPORTUNITY:
- March 2019 – on-going
- Monday – Friday 8-5
- 35 hours per week
- Provide TEAP awareness and education training to help youth at risk
- Conduct urine collection on all incoming students
- Develop a system for alcohol and drug abuse prevention
- Conduct an interview of each new referral to the TEAP program
- Maintain accountability of students and property
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chemical Dependency certification from the state of Florida
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- 1 year of experience and/or training in substance abuse field
- Successfully pass background check and drug test
- $20-$25 per hour
