Our client in Phoenix, Arizona is an innovative, comprehensive and compassionate addiction and treatment center whose goal is to empower you to overcome patient addiction and re-engage in a meaningful life.
They are seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in addiction medicine and mental health counseling.
Duties & Responsibilities for the Social Worker include:

Task Oriented

EMR: Practice Fusion

60% EMR / 40% Handwritten

Facility has Scribes
-
100% Male Patients
Requirements include:
-
Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Licensed Social Worker - Arizona
-
A minimum of 3-5 years in substance abuse
-
Knowledgeable of community resources available for patients and families.

Demonstrates working knowledge of theories and techniques of counseling and psychopathology
