DC Licensed Social Worker, with LICSW or LGSW needed for an Acute Care Setting in DC.
13 weeks, on going per diem Schedule? - 40 hours per week, evening call rotation, and weekend coverage required.
Required Experience:
Acute Hospital SW/discharge planning experience, Heart Failure/ LVAD, Women Infant Services, social complex discharges/ medical complex discharges.
