Certified Social Worker PIP (CSW PIP)
Spearfish, SD
If you are a Certified Social Worker PIP and have the desire to work as part of an integrated treatment team, you are invited to join us in playing a vital role in assisting older adults and residents of long-term care emotionally recover from the unprecedented impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has played in their lives. Although COVID-19 itself is no longer an immediate threat in the long term care (LTC) environment, the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral sequalae of this past year are evident, and we at Deer Oaks are committed to doing our part to help individuals and facilities recover. We offer geriatric-focused training and APA-accredited continuing education to our providers to assist in providing a foundation of relevant knowledge, in addition to offering consultation with colleagues to help support our new providers. We have opportunities for providing in-person diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, and neuropsychological testing, in addition to opportunities for telehealth. We are looking for a part time CSW PIP to provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment support to residents in long-term care facilities in: Spearfish, SD
