We’re hiring a Geriatric Social (LCSW or LICSW) Worker in Methuen, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with older adults, and strong long-term stability.

You’ll step into an outpatient role primarily focused on case management for the geriatric population, with occasional therapeutic support. You’ll see 3 to 8 patients per day through a mix of face-to-face and telehealth visits. There is minimal local travel during work hours to support patients who cannot make it into the clinic. You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional autonomy.

You’ll practice in Methuen, Massachusetts, a suburban community in the Merrimack Valley offering a mix of quiet neighborhoods, convenient amenities, and proximity to both New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $69,000 to $97,000 based on experience
