We’re hiring a Geriatric Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW) in Gloucester, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with older adults, and strong long-term stability.

You’ll step into an outpatient role primarily focused on case management for the geriatric population, with occasional therapeutic support. You’ll see 3 to 8 patients per day through a mix of face-to-face and telehealth visits. There is minimal local travel during work hours to support patients who cannot make it into the clinic. You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional autonomy.

You’ll practice in Gloucester, Massachusetts, a scenic coastal community known for its rich maritime history, beautiful shoreline, and strong sense of community.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $69,000 to $97,000 based on experience
